2018 Looking Back at a Great Year for Photography

Its been a great year for me here in Scotland, as well as the camera cases and straps I make for Classic Cases I have undertaken numerous commissions for the Woodland Trust.  This has given me the opportunity to see a lot of the Country and the photographic opportunities here are enormous, below are a few highlights from this years travels:

Glen Finglas
Glen Finglas,  Loch Lomond and the Trossacks  National Park, Scotland

A bit of off-roading into the Woodland Trusts biggest reserve in the UK.   Its an amazing place and one I am due to return to for a winter shoot next year.

Just getting to Den Wood last February was a challenge !

Autumn was particularly spectacular this year and a walk lower down in Glen Finglas amongst  the trees was wonderful.

A bit of HDR here, not something I usually do but given the contrast between the shaded areas and the bright sunlight it was worth doing.

I have already got a couple more commissions lined up for the Woodland Trust for next year so my discovery of Scotland and it amazing landscapes is set to continue.  If all goes to plan there should be some aerial photography photos in the not too distant future to show you as well.
